Everything from start to end was extremely demotivating and frustrating about the position. Numerous rescheduled meetings, no clear indication of what the job entailed, and being strung along with no notice whatsoever from the company weeks later that I wasn't selected (not even a canned message). Worse yet, was the person interviewing me; based on his tone and demeanor, he clearly wasn't interested in performing interviews, and I was blown away by the unprofessionalism with him asking "why were you laid off", followed by "yeah, but why /you/ specifically?".
