I had a successful interview process with HR And current Superintendent. When I meet with COO Mark interview went well and we did a plant tour everything looked promising. We were to setup additional interview with supporting staff and then everything went silent. I contacted HR for a followup and apparently there was an emergency that the COO had to handle ant another facility. I check back with a phone call and was told that I was still being considered and they would get back to me. Weeks later I followed up again and no response, then I see the position reposted. These guys have no sense of how to communicate, if your moving on from someone an basic email sent out saying we are considering other candidates would be nice. 3 successful interviews the crickets is not the best way to conduct looking for candidates. Bad interview process.
