Both the hiring manager (HOD) and the HR are very nice and easy-going. Hiring manager seems to have a heart for the juniors, and is open to mentoring them. Her passion for the social service industry can be felt, and her expertise in both advocacy and comms is prominent during the interview. Based on the interview, it seems to me that she would make a good boss/leader who is decisive, fair, and progressive. Overall, a light-hearted interview session.
