The interview process is more like taking exam, and they have specific answers in mind. You can do 100000 leet coding and read data science exam prep book, you will do well. But if you have any other background, their interview can be a bad experience.

Project which segments consumers and finds targets for marketing.
Got the standard HR screening and an interview with a hiring manager. Then was given a take home case assignment. They said it would take <8 hours; it ended up taking nearly double that. A lot of time was spent trying to open their data files (given in 1m+ row Excel files). You synthesize and write a proposal document to submit for review.
