First applied online, contacting the recruiter as got rejected previously with no response, even though my CV matched a lot of what they were looking for. Had a call with the recruiter and set up an interview for a few days later. Joined the call, and no one showed. Maybe it was a misunderstanding, as it was just after a public holiday, though I have contacted them already a few times to reschedule, and there has been no response.

1st round – HR screening: The interviewer was excellent. She explained everything very clearly, managed the conversation well, and asked relevant questions. 2nd round – Pair programming: You could use your own IDE. However, I have to say that the interviewer’s English was quite difficult to understand due to a very strong Indian accent. I struggled to understand around 50% of what he was saying.

Interview is split into two parts: - One initial coding assessment - Five Interviews which include technical and behavioural assessments The code screening is not technically challenging, but time management is important. I got disqualified for running out of time even though I was very close to a working solution. The recruiters are quite helpful, and do provide feedback even after rejection.
