Applied early June and arranged an interview with them around 2 - 3 weeks later. I went through a phone interview with the HR, and she asked me about myself, the interest in the role as well as why the change. It's very basic questions but the role seems to be quite different v.s what was written on the JD. It is not as defined as a big company. Do note that the entire interview process has three stages plus a test. Not sure if this applies to all positions but they seem selective of whom will be joining their team (which is a good thing). The overall process is with the HR is quite pleasant and she will update you on your application status.

Great experience, panelists are friendly and answer all the questions. They also explain the work culture they have. The process had number of rounds with a written test as well
