It was a fast 15 minute chat with the HR. They didn't really delve deeper into my experience and just glossed over much of the role. It felt like they already had another candidate in mind and was just going through the process with me.
This company is definitely the worst interview experience I have ever had in my life. They put me through 6 interviews to ultimately reject at the end of a month long process.
Huge waste of time with pretentious people pretending to have a life outside of stripe.
Incredibly tough and strict process, but it is truly the best learning experience in how to prepare and show up for interviews.
Recruiter call, peer interview, take home assignment, 4 part final interview ranging from 30 to 45 minutes each. They want to assess how you strategically think about accounts as it relates to Stripe products and overall roadmap, and how you fit their operating principles.
The recruiter walks you through expectations in detail, so make sure you write everything down and strategically prepare.
