Everything started with a fairly straightforward phone screen. I was then given a simple coding assignment to complete over the few days, which took about 30-60 minutes total. My schedule was fairly tight, but they were able to schedule an onsite interview that worked for me. The onsite consisted of talking to my potential manager, mainly getting a rundown on the business. This was followed by a discussion with the lead architect. We discussed my answers to the assignment and my previous work experience. Next I talked to the rest of the tech team (4 people at the time) in pairs. This was more whiteboard/technical oriented. Pretty standard algorithmic and python specific questions. Afterwards I had a quick chat with one of the founders before leaving. The entire onsite was about 3-4 hours.
