I put in my application September 23rd and had my 1st interview, with I'm assuming an HR assistant, 2 weeks later. She asked 3 basic questions over a regular phone call that lasted maybe 15 minutes. Why Zillow, Salary requirement, How did you hear about job? Three days later I had my 2nd interview with the manager of the compliance and accountability team. Interview went great. I then moved on to the 3rd interview which was a Zoom technical screening with the senior team member, two days later. The screening consisted of me walking him through my skills and technical competencies and ended with him telling me I was quite advanced. 13 days later, I had my 4th, 5th, and 6th interviews. All the interviews lasted 30 minutes and were back to back. The 4th interview was with the manager over a team that works closely with product support. The 5th interview was with the person I would actually be working with and the 6th interview was with the senior director. All the interviews and interviewers were great and very friendly. I was told by the senior director I would hear back in a few days. I was told by the recruiter I would hear back in two weeks. I hadn't heard anything in two weeks and sent a follow up message. The senior recruiter responded and said she would call me that same day and let me know the feedback from my interview. Now 3 weeks later, I have yet to receive a call or any type of feedback.
