It was a relatively easy process but misleading. -First interview was a zoom interview with other people applying for the same job. They did not discuss what the job entails or what exactly the job is all about. It was all very vague. -Second interview was weird. It was done outdoors and your are interviewed in groups (with other people applying for the same job). I find it unprofessional and rude because the interviewer asked us "If we didn't hire you, why do you think that is?" -It was DOOR TO DOOR sales job and COMMISSION ONLY. They did not mention this on the first interview nor when scheduling the interview. They gave an inflated "salary" on the job post without mentioning it was commission only. Had I known this, I would not waste my time applying.
