The process was fairly simple. I applied online and received an email to schedule the 1st interview with HR Rep, which was done by phone. The 2nd interview was then schedule a week later with Provost of Academics and was done through an online Webex meeting. The 3rd panel interview with staff/faculty was done via a Webex meeting.

Entrevista
structured interview and you have to teach a short lesson. 2 people present at the interview. You have 20 minutes to teach a concept of your choice. Use power point AND the board. Ask questions of your audience. Don't just lecture. They ask everyone the same questions. Mostly what would you do it X happens (focuses on failing, underprepared students since that is mostly what this school teaches)

none really. Just questions about how you teach, work with under prepared students who blow off the class... Many of the students have flunked out of multiple places and are not especially willing to put in much effort but don't let on you know that - you are expected to figure out how to pass them without admitting they can fail all the work and still pass them due to extra credit, lowering standards... this is a for profit university folks - they care more about student retention and profits than education. They admit anyone with a GED or high school diploma even if they have flunked out zillions of other places - if you can pay you are in). As a result the interview focuses on how you will help them pass and keep them coming back.
