Nice process where everyone was friendly and welcoming any questions. The interview process was composed of two rounds of interviews each and both rounds were similar, just with more senior people as you advanced in the application process

Entrevista
The interview process took significantly longer than expected, and communication throughout was slow and inconsistent. Updates were infrequent, and response times made it difficult to stay engaged. A more structured timeline and clearer communication would greatly improve the candidate experience.
