HR people are very friendly and will provide you with any help you require. You will get frequent calls from HR as well as emails to clarify the next steps. You will begin by going through an online assessment consisting of multiple minigames to assess your mental math skills and creative thinking. After that, you will have 2 consulting case interviews and if successful you will move on to another third one.

I was not well prepared for my case interviews but the two that I did mainly focused on market sizing for a particular product or service to determine whether going after this market is a feasible option or not. One was about introducing a portable router for hotel tourists and the other was determining whether an eyewear retail chain would succeed in a specific country based on the market size it would most likely target. They provide you with the data you require you just need to come up with a proper structure, write proper notes, and calculate things out loud.

Entrevista
The interview was pretty standard in terms of case and behaviorals. Cases were about technology and data to analyze because that is what the position was. Interviewers were friendly, and process was not too long—I believe just 1-2 rounds. Declined offer for another firm, but interviewers reached out after to chat about the opportunity and were pretty transparent about what PWC/Strategy& had to offer in comparison.
