Examen tipo Gmat, 3 entrevistas con junior associates: 1 de curriculum y más platica acerca de ti y lo que haz hecho, y las otras 2 de tipo caso: primero igual preguntas acerca de mi y porque quería entrara strategy&, despues me hicieron un brain teasers breve y ya al final un caso más largo.

Brain teaser: Cuantos postits necesitaria para darle la vuelta al mundo. Si el reloj marca 3:15, cuantos grados hay de diferencia entre las manecillas.
Casos: Analizar el mercado de foodtrucks en USA para aconsejar a una empresa.
Mix di diversi colloqui con focus motivazionale, tecnico o su esperienze pregresse. Domande standard per ruoli in consulenza strategica, esperienza piacevole se non che mancanza di risposta diretta (rejection) a fine processo.

2x 45min cases. 1st is mix FIT & short case (e.g. mkt sizing). 2nd is based on a written document which you are given 10 mins to read at the beginning before having to answer questions related to the info inside.
Application submission: The candidate submits their application, typically consisting of a resume and cover letter. Initial screening: The hiring team reviews the application to determine if the candidate meets the basic qualifications for the position. Phone screen: A phone interview is conducted to get to know the candidate better, discuss the role and gauge their interest.
