Applied as an experienced hire. Standard recruiting process: phone screen with recruiter, phone interviews with Senior Associates and Partners to determine where to fit within practice. Then a day of in-person interviews with Senior Associates, Principals, and Partners. Interviews were primarily behavioral, fit, and a couple case studies.
Everyone has been warm, kind, and considerate. No egos. The recruiter had been very helpful in setting expectations and offering guidance throughout the process. End-to-end the recruiting process took about 5 months.

Entrevista
Entre 3 y 4 entrevistas con managers/senior managers y 1 socio. Mucho foco en casos prácticos. Quizá demasiado hincapié en hard skills y muy poco en aspectos personales/fit, valores y cultura empresarial
Had two rounds of three interviews each, back to back, over two weeks. The first round with managers (one with a SA) and the second with partners at the firm. The process was well managed. The interview consisted of a regular case interview pattern - prompt, analysis recommendation. Nothing unusual.
