The 'first round’ interview was online. The format was that you had to record video responses to a small number, less than five, of questions. You would be given the question, some fixed amount of time to think of how to respond, say one minute, and then would be given another fixed amount of time to record an answer, say two minutes. The web app would then move onto the next question.
