This is a 4-round interview process, consisting of one introductory round focused on a 15-minute fit discussion, followed by a 45-minute business case. Each subsequent round follows a similar structure, combining behavioral questions and analytical case-solving exercises designed to assess both interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability.

Entrevista
The interview process took significantly longer than expected, and communication throughout was slow and inconsistent. Updates were infrequent, and response times made it difficult to stay engaged. A more structured timeline and clearer communication would greatly improve the candidate experience.
