Common process for consulting companies: CV/CL screening then problem solving test, 2 interviews.
The test format is similar to GMAT and consisted of math (PS and data sufficiency) and verbal (critical reasoning) parts. There were 30 questions (20 in Russian and 20 in English) and they required at least 27 right answers to pass this step. I failed on it just because had not prepared. But there were nothing special.

Easy test, easy homework, 2 case interviews. HR answers slowly, so better call. Interview itself is +- the same as that of Big 3, but final interview in my case was absolutely unexpected: Interviewer didn’t give me case, he gave me some mathematical task from some programming Olympiad

The HR interview took about 30 min. It was in the form of a conversation with an HR manager. I was asked the standard questions they usually ask at an interview. It was not difficult and the HR was helpful.
