The interview process was organized and professional. I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter within a couple of weeks. Communication was clear, and they provided detailed instructions and a time zone reminder for the Microsoft Teams interview. The panel consisted of two Managers who were friendly and respectful throughout.

Most questions were behavioral and focused on student success, motivation, time management, and handling at-risk learners, very much aligned with the Academic Coach role. They also asked situational questions about communication and organization.
