Entrevista
The hiring process was straight forward. A balance of scenario questions and skill/experience questions. A favorite is problem solving a printer crisis in the field. Due to thsi being a new organization, interview questions are not standardized and overall there is a minimum of two interviews.
A big factor into hiring is a writing sample reveiwed personally by the president. Make sure to choose a sample that shows your ability to write correctly and concisely.
