Entrevista
I submitted my resume on Careerbuilder and received a call from Human Resources the next day. I was told the company was looking for Entry Level people that would cross trained in sales, marketing, and management.
My first interview was about 20 minutes long. First off I was really impressed with the environment. The people that work there seemed to be a lot of professionals like me that really enjoyed being there. The hiring manager asked me about 7 or 8 questions then explained to me who the company was, what they were doing and who they were looking for. I felt like it might be a great fit, so when I was invited in for a second interview I was excited.
The second interview was almost a full day job shadow. I hung out with one of the trainers for the day and got to see first hand the duties of an entry level employee. It was fun and exciting. I was very appreciative of the fact that I got a day in the life to help me make my decision if the position was for me or not.
The final interview was with the hiring manager again. It was about another 20 minutes. I was told final decisions would be made quickly and they would let me know yes or no within a day or two.

For your second interview, you will accompany one of the account managers while he/she conducts door-to-door sales. The "interview" lasts for a whole work day (8-5:30), which is a test on to see if you are willing to do the same kind of door-to-door sales once you are hired. It is a huge time suck for being just an interview, and you don't get reimbursed since you are not technically hired. Once you are hired, you will get to do more of the same. You get paid $50 during your 3-day training period. The sooner you start selling, the sooner your start making money; otherwise, you will go home emptyhanded.
