I was dreading the feeling of being a rabbit caught in headlights and my brain going blank, but when I met with the MD and another manager in a coffee shop it was fine. It was really just a long chat, which gave me the confidence to ask my questions, and to answer their questions in length without feeling like I was sitting a test. I thought it had gone pretty well and was pleased they didn't leave me hanging, they called later that day and asked me to join the team.
