I was asked to fill out some paperwork, personal information, tax forms, that kind of thing. It took about 15 minutes and then I had my one on one sit down interview. I was asked a few questions, your standard why do you want to work here kind of questions, and was then shown around the Greenhouse to give me an idea of my working environment and conditions. It was a very easy interview process.
