It was a group interview and didn't involve any questions. The regional manager did a presentation about the company and asked a couple of introductory questions. Everyone answered one by one. It was pretty easy to stand out, all i had to do was be extroverted, conversational and enthusiastic.

Handed in resume, asked to attend an interview with manager. Behavioural questions, asked about previous customer service experience, and knowledge of KPI's/target sales. Manager then asked about an example situation involving a multitasking situation within the store.
