Entrevista
Got and email from head of sales that invited me for an interview the week after. The interview was 45 minutes long with question about culture to see how well I would fit it. The job ads stated that the work was hybrid remote but during the interview the manager share that 80% presence on site is required.
I asked why the position is open and he shared that three people have resigned at the same time.
The job is basically doing cold calls and he did not make it sound fun at all.
The salary for this position is between 36.000 and 40.000 SEK plus commision.
I really enjoyed the interview. They were super professional and always very quick with the replies. I had to do a presentation and they were vey kind and supportive. One of my very best interview experiences overall. I ended up getting an offer within a week (after 2 rounds!) but I went on with a different offer (different role). I might return here at some point in the future:)

Entrevista
The process was very friendly, and the people I met were very kind when speaking to me. I had to go through 4 meetings in total, and all of them took over 40 minutes. The communication was in flow - starting with them introducing the company and themselves, then asking questions about your background as well as the position you're applying.
