Relaxed but focussed enough that the interviewer was able to find out plenty of information about me and the questions were very much relating to the job role and past situations I had been, the main questions were in STAR format meaning Situation, Task, Action, Result. After these more formal, directed questions the rest of the interview was more relaxed and was a chance for me to tell the interviewer about myself and explain my interest/enthusiasm in Apple products. I had several questions to ask and each one was answered very satisfactorily. The interviewer was also happy to spend plenty of time and I did not at all feel rushed to finish the interview. Overall, a pleasant experience and an insight into the company.
