Entrevista
The first interview was with the HR Manager, Melissa, who was wonderful. The second interview was with Jon, who was excellent at speaking about the role and asking about your experience and qualifications. The third interview was with the founders. They didn't ask as many relevant questions as the previous team members. It was by far the shortest and least engaged of the interviews. I received a generic automated rejection email from a stock account the following Monday morning.

Entrevista
Applied online. I was contacted soon after to conduct a phone interview. Then I scheduled an on-site interview with the lead and another teammate. Finally, I had an interview with the three founders.
