Had a short phone interview with Human Resources. Was offered a 2nd interview at the home office. After interview, I was given a survey then a skills test to include math problems. Overall it was ALL very easy... And will be for you... if you're not a moron. They made it comfortable and thoroughly explained job description, expectations, etc.
