The hiring process began with resume shortlisting. The first round was an AI-based interview with behavioral and situational questions.
This was followed by a HackerRank assessment containing both coding and SQL questions of moderate difficulty.
Shortlisted candidates then had a virtual HR discussion.
The final stage took place at the office and consisted of two interview rounds that went deeper into projects, implementation choices, and approach to solving problems.
Overall the process was structured, starting with automated screening and ending with more detailed face-to-face discussions.

We had an online test with aptitude and sql as well as coding questions.It was not so difficult but also not so easy exam,we had 3 sql based questions,2 coding and 20 aptitude questions.
