Disorganized process. I spoke with the internal recruiter and we both agreed the position sounded like a good fit. I followed up a week later, 2 weeks later, and finally heard back that she was still working on scheduling a second interview. Never heard back after that.. Felt very unprofessional and disorganized interview process. Please don't ghost your interviewees, it takes 5 seconds to send a rejection email.

Quick interview with team lead to go over my resume, skills, and history. Then given a take home project to do in a week-ish. Spent a ton of time getting it just right, submitted it, and then received a template rejection a few days later. No offer of feedback, no chance to figure out what was wrong. Incredibly disappointing after spending hours on the project to get nothing but a plain rejection email.
