Very disappointed with being ghosted after a 3rd interview. I successfully completed 2 interviews, a phone interview and a video interview with a panel. I was then invited to fly to the HQ for a face to face interview. As part of this interview I was given a task of putting together a 45 minute presentation, which I had to present in front of a panel of six associates. The entire face to face interview took two days to complete. Overall, I thought things went well and was told by the hiring director that they would get back to me. After three weeks of not hearing back, I sent a follow up email. No reply. After another two weeks I sent a last follow up email. 50plus days now with no reply. I get it, I obviously was not the candidate selected, even so a courteous reply would have been nice. I would expect more from a company that spoke so highly of their company culture during my interviews. P.S.: Transportation to and from the airport, hotel and office and food was not covered. I’m out roughly $150.00

Pros: Long and thorough, so people who are eventually hired are well filtered for culture and talent Cons: Long and thorough, with a very involved project at the end. They tell you it's not meant to consume you, but if you want to do well, then put in the time. I've seen good talent not continue with the interview process because they readily receive offers from other exciting bay area companies and do not have time for this nonsense.
