Was first contacted via email to set up a phone screen. First in-person interview was with the owner and project manager. Pretty straightforward discussion on skills, experience, and about the company. Second interview was a coding challenge. Was given a design file to code out from scratch. Code was then reviewed and then last interview (same day) was with the dev team.
