I was sent a link from a recruiter to schedule my own phone interview 4 days in advance and I did so immediately. Had a page of notes ready, knowledge about the company, and prepared with questions I wanted to ask. Minutes before the phone interview was supposed to take place, I realized my phone number may not have automatically attached to her calendar so I sent her a quick email with my number.
