Entrevista
After submitting my application (using lever.co) I received an invite to take a Hacker Rank test.
The 3 questions at Hacker Rank is really simple and easy, that was a surprise for me since I was expecting something more sophisticated and complex for a senior position.
I completed successfully all the questions and wait for (almost) two weeks to get a copy-paste rejection letter:
"I'm writing to let you know that we decided to move forward with other candidates. I greatly appreciate you taking the time to apply [...]"
So, I asked about more details of the rejection and the answer was something like "unfortunately we can't give you a feedback on your application."... so, I can invest my time doing a 70 minutes test but the HR lady can't use 1~2 minutes of the day to write one or two small things about my application?
My guess about how the process works there is: They're only reading the resumes after the test completion. So, after spending your time doing a 70 minutes test, they will start to read and decide if your resume is a good match or not. Think about the number of applications and hours spent on HackerRank because of it. Sincerely, but that's the most disrespectful hiring process that I've seen, they believe their time is much more important than of the candidates.
If you are planning to apply for Sticker Mule positions, please do yourself a favor and don't waste your time. We have another much more respectful and professional companies in our market.

Just to confirm that the process described in all other reviews is still in place:
- application
- radio silence
- hackerrank test about discount calculation
- template email with voucher option
Are they really hiring, or is it a sad marketing strategy? In doubt, I won't sign up.
