A group interview with about 10 other people. Very general questions. They want to know about your past experiences in life which include where you are from and what not.

I applied online and got a call back within a few days. The process wasn’t bad at all and was actually very simple. You go in and tell them you have an interview and then somebody comes out to talk to you. They asked simple and usual CS questions
