The interview process started with a phone call with Aaron to discuss my background, technical experience, and interest in the Oil & Gas Technician role. He provided a clear overview of the company, field environment, and day-to-day responsibilities. The next step was a video interview with the operations team focused on troubleshooting, safety, and working in fast-paced field situations. The interviewers were professional, easy to talk to, and gave realistic insight into the role. Overall, the process was organized, straightforward, and communicative throughout. I ultimately decided not to move forward because the timing wasn’t quite right for me professionally, but I came away with a very positive impression of the company and team.
