Submitted an application for an entry level software position working with embedded and real time devices. Got an email one week after submitting an application for times to set up a phone interview. Gave my availability, but never heard back. Was called five days later to do the phone interview. Interviewer did not go over any information about my application, the position I applied to, or the company. Was only asked to define two general OOP principles, then told I would hear back.

Entrevista
I was sent a coding assignment and after that they scheduled a call with the head of engineering. We discussed travel and went over a simple problem. He said they would be hiring multiple candidates over a long period. I was invited to the next interview which was in person but had to answer a behavioral and cognitive assessment before. A few days before the scheduled interview they sent me an email canceling the interview saying they are going forward with other candidates. I guess I'm glad they didn't waste my time.

questions about resume and how I would go about solving a simple problem about players jumping from tile to tile until they couldn't. I didn't have to write code for the problem but had to discuss how I would solve it.
