I was 5 minutes into the interview and was being asked basic questions- about me, what I do in my spare time etc. My interview was cut short when I told the interviewer (HR/ talent acquisition) that I did not have a PGWP in hand (I had already applied for it). Coincidently, I received it the next day and reached out to them again, hoping for a proper interview. The interviewer asked for my documents (PGWP, Letter of Course Completion) and said she'd get back to me. I followed up for one month and got no reply. Then out of the blue, she mailed me saying that they were going ahead with another candidate.
