2 step process. First person comes in who is the GM and it was a pretty causal interview. Looking for the hunter kill it be killed mentality. Talked a lot about integrity, competition, advancement, and motivated. Kill those three aspects and you’ll be fine. The second interview was a much harder one where the VP dug deep to see if you had what it talks or if you were just all talk. Very hard interview where he looked to challenge you to sell your self. Both interviewers sold the fact that this is an amazing company to sell for where you have opportunities to grow from within and make a lot of money. Both very knowledgeable leaders. After both interviewed in the same day they offered me the job.

Entrevista
Three Rounds of Interviews. First is with your direct manager over ZOOM and in person. After that you interview with your regional manager and finally with the training manager. If they all give you the ok they'll send you an offer. It all takes about 2 weeks.

The interview process was easy enough. Recruiter, then 2 additional interviews. They all ask the exact same questions and have you rate 4 things in order; money, upward mobility, recognition, work/life balance.
