For the most part, the interview process was handled professionally. I was one of three finalists for the job. After "passing" the first interview, I was flown to corporate in Jasper, IN for a final interview. I was given excellent accommodations. Everything was well organized and run in a timely fashion. I was duly impressed. I was very disappointed in the way it was handled after that. I never heard from anyone at the corporate office as to whether or not I got the job. I was forced to send an e-mail to the head of HR, who then told me I had not gotten the job. Shame on you! At this level (or any level, for that matter) of management, I would have appreciated a phone call, even if the news was not what I wanted to hear. Forcing your applicants to ask is demeaning and rude. For this reason, I score Stens two stars.
