Began the process with an informal video screening with T/A. The questions were standard for the role but the real intent was to get a feel of attitude, energy and personality. It was really emphasized that almost as important as being able to do the required tasks was being the right type of personality for the company. They STRONGLY emphasize a work hard / play hard mentality and they want strong, passionate, enthusiastic people here in all levels. The interview team I met with was made up of a cross section of disciplines so the questions were coming from various angles of importance based on their role (OPS / Engineering / Fulfillment). I have to say I appreciated this approach as all stakeholders were present and they touched on all the things that were necessary real time...so I was not in 5 meetings with 5 people across a morning asking the same questions in different ways. They were all able to hear and judge the responses as the interview went along so redundancy was really kept to a minimum. That said, I was getting quality questions in parallel with engineering and supplier questions in quick succession, so I really had to focus and keep on my toes.
