I applied online and a few days later I received an email to coordinate a brief 30-minute interview with the CSM Director. He asked pretty standard questions and nothing out of the norm. Overall the interview went very well and we ended up talking for almost an hour. At the end I was told that he would contact me in a couple of days to setup an in-person interview with a few of their team members. A few days pass, I have not heard anything so I send an email just to follow up. A day later I get a generic rejection email. Overall pretty disappointing and disrespectful.
