There are usually two rounds of interviews. The first is informal, the second is formal. Each round of interviews is typically done by two employees, at least one manager, in the hiring department. In the formal interviews, answers are expected to be answered in STAR format - Situation Task Action Result.

Fue muy buen proceso difícil, ya que el proceso debe ser en inglés con los gringos , y también ellos te ponen pruebas para poder realizar tu eleccion y saber si eres el elegido , te dan un estatus de como y como debe ser el ingreso a planta
Screening round with the HR followed by video interview with the hiring manager, team lead and a couple of team members. Interview typically lasts 30-40 minutes where the team determines if you are the best fit based on your education and experience.
