Interview was conducted by using STARS interview. Therefore it was mostly behavioral so I would recommend looking up some of the STAR interview questions to have some examples handy for the interview.

Entrevista
It was easy; behavioral based questions from Managers at the plant. It was after my phone screening and the final step. I did mine virtually during COVID-19. The longest part is waiting for an onboarding date.

Entrevista
About 1 hour long. They wanted leadership to help balance the curve of the union. 2 people - HR manager and Center Manager. They got stuck on one piece of information presented to dig out how much I controlled of the process.
