Interviewed via University's career fair. Stellantis recruiters were alums of my university and had a variety of backgrounds. At the career fair, we exchanged contact information and I provided my resume after a brief, 5-minute conversation with a recruiter. I was then called in for a thirty minute interview the next day. It was a behavioral interview with three questions and responses were expected in the STAR format. Interviewers were easy going and engaging.

Entrevista
First interviews are through the phone and last interview was in person on a large auditorium. I took the interview 8 years ago the interview process must have changed.
One of the documents they send you to practice for the interview is the STAR method. This means focus on the situation, task, action, and result of your interview answers.
