Two rounds. Both with MD and team lead. Some roles plays to test you. Very pleasant and professional. 2nd round more of the same and you meet a few members of the team to ask any questions you have. Very professional and pleasant experience. They are very passionate about the company.

Entrevista
Face to face interview with the contractor manager which lasted 30 minutes. Went into depth about recruitment & the IT sector, very knowledgeable & passionate about his job. Asked how my background would seperate from the rest of the candidates. 2nd round interview with the MD and senior recruitment manager was asked how do you define resilience and how you would be resilient if you get on getting knocked down all the time.

One interview at the office in Cork. Warm and friendly atmosphere. Brief interview with a few questions. Questions were asked about the information on my cv and what I did specifically in my previous work experience.
