A preliminary phone interview was held to verify the language skills. After passing that you are invited to take an IT test that comprises networking, Windows, Office, internet questions. Once you pass that the HR representative will talk to you for half an hour, setting a meeting with a representative of the project you are going to work for. In this last interview they test your troubleshooting thinking, inquire about your experience and try to assess if you're a team player or not.
