Furthermore, they keep dodging essential questions that any project manager would ask. You don't even know which departments or functions or the number of manpower involved. Yet, when they FINALLY sent me the job description, the role's scope creep is HUGE as if they want to cover everything possible and then blame the new hire when things go wrong.
