Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en SteadyPay (Londres, Inglaterra) en ene 2021
Entrevista
I was approached on LinkedIn and did the interview. It was all going well. Had 3 stage interviews which I thought was perfect.
And then they went MIA. No answer or what so ever. Emailed several times asking whether I was successful or not and yet no response. Very POOR!
Me postulé en línea. Acudí a una entrevista en SteadyPay
Entrevista
Step 1 - CV application
Step 2 - Response from CEO
Step 3 - 3/4 part Online, timed Test (Collections/General Knowledge, Maths Ratios/Percentages etc, Excel intermediate) each test consisting of approx 15 questions lasting 18mins each.
Step 4 - First stage interview (talk about your Skills/Experiences)
Step 5 - Final stage interview with COO/CFO
Interview with Senior staff seemed as though they were uninterested and just wanted to get a box ticked. Having been through the process and passed each stage was dissapointed that no further follow up was given and followed the usual ghosting policy most lazy employers follow.
To add, was told by Senior staff that my experience closly matched what they are looking for but at interview was told why I thought that my experience match's and also told that its not a good fit. Complete waste of time and effort.

Entrevista
1) Sent in my CV
2) SteadyPay responded with an online test. Mostly general knowledge, computer skills, maths questions.
3) Interview with a senior staff member. Discussed my skills, experience, what SteadyPay does, what they are expecting from the ideal candidate etc.
3) Final interview with COO/CFO. This interview felt more general. It was gauge my cultural fit into the existing team at SteadyPay.
