The interview process was very indicative of a small company; informal and relaxed. Met with the team on four different occasions including the CEO, two of which involved coming down to their offices. My only complaint is that after such a long and personal interview process, no one from the team followed up with me either via the phone or email. I was notified via a generic email from indeed saying that company is moving forward in the hiring process and I'm no longer in consideration. You would think after so many interviews, they would been a bit more personable on the decline; you don't want to burn bridges!
